Frank Menhart, Jr. works full-time in ministry and is the founder and president of Refiner’s Fire Ministries Inc. He resides in Claysville, Pennsylvania with his wife, Ruth. They are the blessed parents of five children. Four live at home, and their eldest daughter resides in Washington, Pennsylvania with her husband and their daughter.
Frank received Christ as his Savior at age 9 and was baptized in the Holy Spirit at age 11. At age 13 he answered the call of God on his life to preach the gospel. He has been involved in full-time ministry for over 32 years.
During this time Frank has served as youth pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor. Frank has been blessed in having had the privilege to pioneer two churches, one in Pennsylvania and another in Tennessee.
In 1997, Frank returned to Pennsylvania and felt the direction of the Holy Spirit calling him to full time evangelism. Since then, he has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. speaking in revivals, conferences, youth camps, and crusades.
In 1999 the Lord opened an exciting new door of ministry—foreign missions. To date, Frank has traveled to the countries of India, Iceland, and Bolivia, preaching the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Lord has given Frank a special burden for the people of India, and Refiner’s Fire Ministries Incorporated is involved in mission work to the people of India.
